I’m utterly unsurprised that POSB has to force us to download this app for digital OTP, because how would it get any downloads otherwise? That said, I’m very disappointed that this decision has been forced down our throats. The app is virtually unusable - very unstable, keeps causing my phone to crash with restarting as the only option. It repeatedly asks for permissions (without justification) that a banking app should never need, even though I denied the permissions previously. POSB, you have absolutely no business knowing what other devices are connected to my home network.

One of the most useful features I find the account 'Peek' where just by sliding I can see my balance. I also love that it's Touch ID ready so I don't waste time. This is the reason I downloaded this app in the first place. But, the app is 5 seconds slow to open after touch ID. Needs to improve speed. Also, signing out is multi-step and even after I click logout, I have to confirm that I want to logout. Seriously? What's the logic for this?The first login page should be decluttered and remove all the tabs of promotion, market prices etc. that's just noise. In conclusion, this app has potential but needs to fix the issues fast.

One of the best apps I’ve used for financial matters! It’s easy to use with clear structure and also friendly to the eye with its color palette. I also feel it’s very secure because it has good warning messages about important security concerns.

Whoever is responsible for updating this app, can you please fire this developer!!! Tried so many times to authenticate using my iphone when I’m doing internet banking via my macbook, the authetification page on the iphone last 2secs only, which makes it impossible to hit the “approval” button so quickly. For Christ sake, fix the dam problem!

This app is the worst app I’ve ever used with respect to recent iOS updates. When new iOS beta updates come out this app becomes obsolete... (becomes useless). It crashes at the start. And the developers do not have the balls to release an update until the next full iOS version come out. In terms of tech support for this app, the developers deserve zero rating.
