Help develop early childhood skills (ages 3-8) in both pre-number math and literacy by teaching position words to your young learner. Understanding relationships like top/bottom, inside/outside, around/through, and left/right, etc. is an important early childhood basic skill. This little App will help making learning Position Words fun!

Developed for your iPad, this game will teach and reinforce position words. Position Words requires 3-5 minutes for a young learner to complete, making this iPad app ideal for students with limited attention spans or those requiring highly visual or tactile learning experiences. Additionally, these activities have been uniquely designed to lock and play only in the portrait mode in order to simplify game play and eliminate an orientation switch if young learners jostle the iPad while playing.

Could be better

My dislikes with this app is the pictured positional words does not give the child the option to pick between 2 pics using one positional word at a time nor does the positional words states its position BEFORE your child selects a picture. You have to click on it for child to hear the words...too bad there wasn't a trial version to try before you buy...it has potential but I could have done without...

Instant Hit!

Both my 4 and 6 year olds love this app and want "more red bean!" The interface is very smooth and intuitive with clean, kid friendly graphics, and we had no lag or force closes. The only tiny quibble I have is that sometimes after they have placed one card correctly, they accidentally remove it by dragging the other card over top of it. Would love to see an option added that after you place a card correctly, it stays there. Other than that it's great!
