Okay, not great
To start, I love Andrew Johnson's Apps. I have most of them. That said this one didn't do much for me during my pregnancy. Maybe it was the fact that from the moment I found out I was expecting, I knew I would have a repeat c-section due to other medical conditions. This app focused entirely on vaginal birth. Great for many/most, meh for the rest of us. I will say that Pain free is a fantastic app for sciatica and SPD sufferers (well, that and a good chiropractor, LOL!) It also helped massively with the tension headaches that I couldn't treat with meds during pregnancy.
Great app for those who've suffered previous loss
I tell all my fellow BLM's (Baby Loss Momma's) about this app. I don't know what I would have done without it! After suffering a devastating 2nd trimester loss with my first child, I was afraid I'd never be able to enjoy a pregnancy without fear and anxiety hijacking my thoughts. This app saved me. I am now almost 9 months pregnant with my "Rainbow Baby" (1st child after loss) and thanks to this app, I can say I have truly been able to enjoy it. This is, without a doubt one of the most valuable apps, and pregnancy tools I have! Listen to it often Mom's (and Dad's)

Not only did this app make me feel wonderful, relaxed and refreshed but more connected to my baby:) its a beautiful way to fall asleep also if that's the option you choose. I have several of these apps and love them although I do hope they update with more options or maybe another meditation in each app since it isnt free. But nonetheless I adore Andrew Johnson. Thanks again. Look forward to more apps and updates on the ones I supported;)
