Merchant type isn’t working

When i was trying to select my merchant type, no options were showing and i couldn’t make an account, is this a bug cause i really want to use this software, thanks!

We're sorry that some older iPad models seems can not display the merchant type. We've fixed this bug in the new version. If you have any further questions, please contact us through the APP.

Retail selling

I want to sell ice cream, i buy it by 5gallon to sell it by 8oz 16oz etc… how i manage to incorporate that? I can’t figure how to enter it in the inventory

This app is confusing

I don’t see a button to make another item on the register part of the app and I’m trying to figure it out but I tried all the button I clicked everywhere and there’s no place to make another item so all I have is just one item on the register.
