Worst Customer Support Ever
If I could rate them less I would. I recently contacted them because I referred a friend, who by the way had surgery and can’t drive, to give delivery credits to. He ordered from The app and later told me he never got any credit. So I contacted customer support through email and told them. I have spoken with not 1 not 2 but 6! Different people! They keep just saying that my credits expired from past referrals but this one doesn’t pop up because it never went through! This happened last Monday and they say they check but there’s no history because it never WENT THROUGH! No matter how many times I tell them they have no common sense what it means when there’s no information other than the photo I send them of my text message referral to my friend. Which they overlook and just keep going back to the history that won’t ever be there. They either are so bad at their jobs they don’t understand or they are playing stupid with me. The worst part is that it’s happened before but I never cared but the one time someone who really could benefit from this! A marine veteran and now in the air force who had to have surgery on his leg, is denied because they make enough money from other customers to not care about the ones they lose. I end it this review with saying it again. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!

I wish this service was better..
I decided to give Postmates a try after seeing the delivery prices being hiked up on door dash and talking to some of the business owners and finding out that they have no say in that...so my very first order with Postmates..gets delivered to the wrong address, and I don’t know what address because there’s at least 30 different units on my street..I tell them and to their credit they apologize and give me a credit which I then give them a second chance and order again hoping it’ll work...well it gets delivered to the right address this time...but it’s the completely wrong order..again they apologize and give me a credit..fine,I appreciate it...I order 2 more times and it goes fine,no issues...and then I order today and not only is my ordered delivered to the wrong address with the picture clearly not showing my house, but the driver clearly ignored my directions of where to leave it. Then I follow the steps through the app and I get the template response basically saying because there has been prior issues with my delivery orders there’s nothing they can do...so I guess I’m just paying for other people to get my food now because delivery is to complicated and it’s easier to brush an issue like this to the side..even though the delivery fee is ridiculous, at least with doordash I always get what I order and they always respond to me like I’m a human being when I reach out to them..I’m so frustrated with this service..
They’ve changed things (UPDATE 5/23)
This company is unprofessional. After leaving this review, my account was suspended. There’s zero contact information for a customer service line. They have to come to you. You can’t just call them, which is ridiculous. So upon doing so, they get back in about 20-30 minutes saying my account was flagged for suspicious activity and cannot be reinstated at this time. They didn’t tell me why it was suspended (what suspicious activity was apparently being done) nor why they couldn’t fix it. This is ridiculous.
You get less options and selections upon ordering. Take for example, if you order from QDoba, you should have options to add into your order because it’s all custom. You should be able to select what kind of beans, tortilla, meat, rice, etc. you don’t even get half of the options you would get in store and that doesn’t make sense. You don’t actually get to customize anything how you want it, and there’s multiple restaurants with this error. There’s no space to “add additional information” either for a sauce or something you know they have in store, but isn’t being listed as an option here. Also, the app works until you actually place your order. Then it shuts down and kicks you out of it completely to where you can’t follow the order or get in contact with someone, should you need to. This has been happening for weeks. Every time I open it, it crashes. But only after the order is made.
