I’m sorry. I love the service. But the amount of time I have to spend HUNGRY because they keep changing the time is ridiculous!! I shouldn’t have to be waiting for an order from 2:57-3:13 changed to 3:30-3:50 something. This is something I have been trying to ignore, and I know other people have to do a lot of other things, and I don’t want to come off as a Karen or anything. But, I’ve only been using this app for about 2 weeks now, and experienced the EXACT SAME THING. Please fix it🤦🏽‍♀️

I love Postmates and use almost daily but the return and refund policy they have implemented on specifically my account is really not okay and unjust even when I have photos proving wrong doing by restaurants or drivers. It’s a zero tolerance policy against me on complaints/issues when the issues are black and white, I would appreciate a reset and not a flagged account it’s not fair and makes me feel unappreciated as a good paying member and customer

They’ve almost always resolved issues fast and efficiently, and have a better tracking system than DoorDash. Also, they allow you to change tip with ease if the driver did a terrible thing/terrible job. DoorDash you’d need to contact customer support. Keep it up postmates!!

I’m new to this app and when I say my first order was absolutely amazing! I received $25 off on my first order so my things were not $8!!! During this very hard time in my life financially I CAN honestly say THANK YOU to Postmates for the generous DISCOUNT. Will definitely be using all the time now.

I was looking around apps to see which would give me the most for my buck on a day when my money was limited but then I found Postmates. The unimaginable discounts and easy to order menu I got so much on a weekday. I couldn’t be happier with how good the service is. Thank you Postmates!

Very easy to use app and I like the instructions I can add for the drivers. The only thing that sometimes lets me down is when the drivers take 2-3 other orders from distant places along with yours. Not sure what they can do about this delay.
