Hi Max! You're not seeing this app on your home screen because this is not an app. It is iMessage sticker pack. It gets automatically updated because you installed it long time ago and your phone set on autoupdates. You can remove it by opening iMessage, than "A" icon, than ••• than find pack in list and swipe it left to remove.
