Your privacy is our top priority. We use a secure, encrypted backend to store any data required for the functioning of the app. We also do not store any of your payment information. Instead of using your credit card directly to process transactions, we use a secure payment processor with anonymous tokens rather than your card number.

Good product with some flaws.
The app is good. It keeps me motivated when I make a goal. The only problem is I like my money, and I have trouble committing to making goals. Maybe give some incentive to keep making goals.
Unique Idea, lots of potential!
I’m a college student and inherently lazy, so the best motivation I can get for exercise is going to the gym with friends. However, PoundWise offers a completely new method of motivating myself. Literally the price of a chocolate bar made me double my daily steps. The best part is, I haven’t had to pay anything because I’ve completed all my goals.
I’ve read up on some statistics about health, and cardio is always listed as the best form of exercise. Keeping the heart and lungs active is the best way to promote a longer and healthier life. However, most exercise apps don’t focus on cardio. PoundWise is the only app I’ve seen that pushes users to keep moving with the only form of motivation that works: money.
I’m loving the app so far and see a lot of potential for updates, like setting recurring goals and maybe creating a weekly plan?
The hardest part is placing the first dollar on a goal, but, let’s be real, I would spend that dollar on snacks anyway. Win or lose, I’m staying healthy!
Definitely gonna keep using this in the future, and I’m excited to see what the developers can improve!

as COVID rolled on and on i found it so tough to care about my activity. but this app helped me re-find that motivation!
i’ve been using poundwise to set some step goals and DANG those 5 bucks on the line holding me accountable are effective! it practically MAKES me go for an evening walk each day.
