Very Good With Some Caveats

For the purpose of measuring your runs (walks and hikes too) with power, this app is very good. I used this app before moving on to a Stryd foot pod and I find the measurements from this app to be comparable to the readings from a dedicated hardware power meter.
I must caution potential users on a few things that can make the app either unreliable or just a tad inconvenient. The main caveat is that the app heavily relies on GPS tracking in its power algorithm. If you don’t have good GPS reception in your area then the app’s metrics will be unreliable. The reliance on GPS makes this app unsuitable for all out sprint (absolute peak power) measurements; sprint power metrics read way over what my Stryd pod reports. So for all but the fastest runs with consistently good GPS reception, this app is very accurate.

This is a great app! It has large buttons which I can see clearly and which are easy to press while running. It measures not only my time/pace, but also energy expended- my effort, depending on the steepness or roughness of the terrain, and the number calories I burned. It tracks my effort whether walking, jogging, or running. And ....., there’s no glare. I find its ease of use and versatility the best of any app I have tried.
