  • Awesome app but, it does have some bugs to work out.

    So I love this app but, it does have some bugs that need worked out. Every template that is only “Pro” upgrade is not labeled right. One minute the effects work fine and the next, they don’t. Like when I try to put text in the box, it will expand but, nothing appears in the box like a ghost is typing in the box. Please fix this so, I can continue to use this great app! God bless! 😊

    Hi, sorry for the template labeling and text input ghost bug 😔. Please try basic troubleshooting first: 1. Close all background apps 2. Fully restart your iPhone 3. Re-open PowerDirector and try text input again. If the issue still happens: Export project ZIP (“…” → Backup Project) → Upload to Google Drive and set to “Anyone with the link” → Record your screen showing the problem → Send both Google Drive public link + screen recording via “Send Feedback” in the settings menu. Team will investigate right away! 🙏 Check App Store notices.

    I love this app, and it deserves 5 starts, which I’ll gladly add back once it works again. Currently however, every video I try and add simply says “video unavailable, please check if it was downloaded”. Further, I can’t find any details online to help resolve. Side notes: (1) I can view the videos in photos and other editors. (2) I am on the latest version.

    This was my favorite app and now I am looking for competitors to replace my annual membership with. Customer service is not hard to do. All it requires is human understanding and corrective measures when there is a problem. This app apparently doesn’t care about that. Now they won’t even let me sign in. I had recommended it to everyone and now have to retract my testimonials

Would you mind sharing the whole story of your customer service experience so that I can help you better? I believe there might be a misunderstanding. For the "Sign in" part, did you mean that the Premium cannot be restored? If so, please make sure to log in with the correct Apple account on your App Store. After the login, please reboot the device, then activate the PowerDirector app, locate the "Pro" tab on the bottom bar, and find "Restore Purchase" below the purchasing button.     I can’t believe I would actually find an app like this. I had to make an animation out of pictures that I already had ready and this is just perfect for what I was going to make this app is the best video editor I’ve ever seen in my life.

  • This app is worth the money

    So, I asked ChatGPT a year ago what a good video editing app for the iPhone was the best if I was taking it serious.. Chad told me Power Director, said there was a little bit of a learning curve, but it offered more.. so I did it. And I’ve stuck it out and honestly, the learning curve is easy if you use ChatGPT to help you along the way. And in my opinion, it’s by far the best video editing app I’ve used. I recently wanted to learn luma fusion because that’s the new one chat told me about… “the best”.. but honestly for what it is that I’m doing power Director offers a AI, simple transitions, masking… it’s got everything I need. I love it if anyone at cyber Linn wants to see what I’ve been doing. Please respond with an email id love to show you.

    I was working on an animation, and as I go to work on it again, IT'S JUST GONE.WHERE IS MY ANIMATION POWERDIRECTOR!? DON'T MAKE ME START OVEREdit: The animation in question was still accessible from the main menu, however, all the data had been deleted, leaving an empty project. Still not sure what happened, but it's only happened once and never again. Reminder to all users, back up your projects incase glitches happen!
