I chose a password with lower case, upper case, number and special character and every time I click “continue” it give me an error message, it says you must choose a password with upper, lower case, number, special character. So I’m following the directions and it won’t let me create an account

The app will not allow me to create an account. Keeps saying invalid credentials, even though I’ve never created an account. I’ve deleted the app re-download the app, and tried several times with no success. Frustrated.

I applied to the Site Survey program a few weeks ago. The application said all you need is a driver’s licence and insurance.

But that turned out to be 100% false. You need to buy roughly $1,000 in tools and equipment out of your own pocket.

They said you can earn as much as you want. $100 per survey, “if you do just 2 per day, 5 days a week, that’s $1,000 a week in income!”

Based on that, I was willing to spend the $1,000 for tools and equipment. I finished my certification 2 weeks ago and I have only been assigned 1 job in 2 weeks.

At this rate it will take me 20 weeks just to make back the money I have spent on tools and equipment.

I was told by someone at Powur they went from scheduling 80 surveys per week for people out in the field 2 months ago to now it’s only 5 to 10 for ALL of California and Texas, their 2 biggest markets!

Do NOT waste your time or money on this program, you will never make it back, let alone make a profit.

Not to mention, today was my first assigned survey and the app does not even work! I was out in 100° weather with the $1,000 in tools and equipment I had to buy myself, and the app just kept crashing over and over.

I spoke with the manager (Julian) at Powur and he confirmed the app is having problems and they are trying to fix it.

I drove 52 miles ONE WAY, 104 miles round trip, in CA (where gas is $6.00 per gallon!), and their app doesn’t even work.

They do not care about you.
They do not respect you.
They are out to use you and take advantage of you and not pay you for your time, let alone all the expenses they expect YOU yo pay for.

This is EXTREMELY disappointing.

I thought Powur was a more reputable company than this. I had high hopes and faith, but this program specifically is a complete con job.

Run away.

For those who are saying they can’t even sign up, consider that a blessing from God. I wish I was that lucky and I could have the last 2 weeks back and my lost $1,000.
