Description
PRD Characters allows you to create, level-up, and track characters for the PRD(Pathfinder Reference Document) gaming system.
The App will give you choices and guidance for such aspects as ability scores, class selection, race selection, feature choices, spells, and more.
Pop-up menus will display exactly how scores are calculated, allowing you to add your own adjustments if there is something else you want taken into account. Spell tracking tells you how many spell slots you have, lets you prepare spells in those slots, and keep track of which ones have been cast.
You can back up and sync your characters between devices using Apple's iCloud.
In addition, the App provides a die-roller for performing standard die rolls, as well as custom die rolls for any need.
The free version allows you to create and level up characters up to level 4 using all the Core Rulebook races and 4 basic classes, Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, and Wizard. Buying a subscription gives you access to all the Core Rulebook and Advanced Player's Guide classes (except for Loremaster and Pathfinder Chronicler) and allows character levels all the way up to 20. PRD Characters now supports races from the Advanced Race guide.

There are two Full Functionality Subscriptions, one for 3 months and the other for 1 year. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after you confirm purchase.
These are auto-renewable subscriptions, which means they automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the same charge as the initial purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Pretty Good
While this is pretty much everything I was hoping for in a character builder regarding experimenting with builds and keeping track of characters I had, there is one issue that pops up.
I want to make a fighter who uses a whip, just as a fun build, but the Exotic Weapon Proficiency selection is always the last step, which means I cannot choose to have Weapon Focus with that weapon, as the app does not recognize the proficiency until after the focus is chosen.
I would like to see an ability to edit feats so that I could do this without forcing extra feats or anything weird.
Good but the color choices for text and boxes are horrible
Overall a well done and functional app.
However the choice of incredibly light colors for everything from Text to backgrounds makes almost everything in app impossible to read without far, far more effort then is necessary.
If you want to keep the light colors please give us the options for black text because this genuinely hurts my eyes to read half the information listed.

I will never go back to playing Pathfinder without this app!
This is one of the only pathfinder apps that doesn’t look like a 90s website programmed by a drunk kobold! I tried a ton of other apps, paid and free, and this one is in an entirely different league - it does ALL OF THE WORK. Kudos to the developers, and I hope they continue to add more features to what is already by far the best Pathfinder app (I would LOVE a tile where it tracks hp with damage/heal buttons and an immersive overlay over a customizable picture of my character, like in Baldur’s Gate!)

To clarify, you can add custom magical items of all types. Go the Magic Items panel, select "Add", and you will be presented with a menu where you can select specific magical items, but where you can also select generic items.
For example, to add a magical dagger, you would select All Weapons->Simple Weapons and then press the "+" button next to "Dagger". You will then be presented with a dialog screen that allows you to create a magic dagger with a custom name, description, and selected magical bonus.
If you wished to add a potion that is not listed, simply select "Potions" and then press the "+" button next to "Potions".
