Horrible update
The previous app was not exceptional but working. Now after the update/total makeover of the app, it was terrible. There was no way to sort the books into the way I wanted it. I couldn’t view which book I have already read. To make the matters worse I couldn’t even read my books. I have tried to delete and upload the app again but for someone like me who purchased tons of ebooks it’s pain in the neck to have to open each and every ebook to check which I have already downloaded.
Unable to download previously purchased ebooks.
I’ve been using the previous app for more than 3 years so I have a lot of purchased ebooks in my library and was able to download again when I feel like re-reading it until the revised version. I spent a lot for my “collections” and now I am unable to open it . Do something for me to retrieve all files. I exhausted all my options.
THE WORST APP EVER!!!
If I could give zero star I would! Go spend your money somewhere else! This app is terrible, it crashes so often that you can’t help but curse the people behind this company. I contacted customer service and sent them several messages but to no avail! I have some books that just wouldn’t download. What a crappy app and customer service!
