-Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the Premier CCU Mobile, you must be enrolled as a Premier CCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

I just LOVE the convenience of mobile banking.

Too many glitches in App

In the 20 years I’ve been banking with Premier Community credit union, i’ve never had so many problems until they came out with this new App.
Especially with mobile deposits.
I endorse it as asked “For mobile deposit only to PCCU” then the account number, but I ALWAYS get this error message: “DEPOSIT REJECTED You must endorse your check and include ‘For mobile deposit only to PCCU’.”
Somebody need to fix this crap. Who wants to attempt to make a mobile deposit 8-10 times before it gets accepted??
Not me!! If these things aren’t fixed I can look for somewhere else to bank.
••PLUS, I’ve been using an online bill pay app for years, and since you changed your web page developer you are not comparable with their app anymore. Making it hard to use my money in your bank to pay my bills. So you also need to remedy the problem between your site and the Prism bill pay App.

Mobile app deposits are difficult

Over a 2 month period I attempted to deposit 2 separate checks for the same amount to the same account. They were endorsed according to your instructions. Both times it took multiple attempts to make the deposit happen. Then it magically happens. Also the endorsement instructions in the app do not include the words “only to PCCU”. Those words appear only in the rejection notification. If I am not doing this properly please advise.
