Haven’t been able to log in for over a week. Can’t check my balance on the go without a small few dollar purchase. Please fix as I do go out on the go often and I need to be able to check by balance. 2 stars until fixed

This app is beyond frustrating. I can never log in and haven’t been able to for a year. Whenever I click “forgot my password”, it says it has sent me an email, yet I doesn’t send me anything. I have tried this probably 50 times, and I know my correct email because they send me emails! I have called customer service to try and solve this, but they haven't helped. It’s so frustrating, and I know my friends have also had similar issues.
