Unknown Charge/Great Customer Svc.
I liked the App until I just checked my credit card and was charged for a purchase I did not make. While it is convenient, because of this charge, I am not comfortable having my credit card linked to the App. Once the charge is taken care of, I am deleting the app. A free coffee is lot worth the headache.
Quick update, I misunderstood how Level Up works and my card was not mistakingly charged. Pret has awesome customer service. I sent a message via the app and received a quick response. I called customer service left a message and within minutes received a call back. Seeing the developer response makes me happy to know that Pret cares about their customers. I’m not deleting the app. I get amazing customer service at the Pret by my job. I’m super happy. Thank you Pret.

Penn station coffee
I came to get coffee as per my morning routine and I sat at the bar because there were no other seats available. The manager in the middle of eating my breakfast made me get up and leave the table because it was bar seating. Although I’ve seen many other individuals sit there because I go every morning.

Seriously flawed app and worst customer service
I’ve had several problems trying to redeem a treat and getting charged for it anyway. Customer service is honestly one of the worst that I have ever experienced. It’s obvious that I buy from the store every day sometimes multiple times for customers and that means nothing. I had one issue where I literally am going back-and-forth with customer service and 13 emails and getting nowhere. There are so many options for lunch in New York City, so I think it’s time that I step away. Anyway don’t use the app, and don’t expect customer service to respond. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
