Hello!
Love the app, but I do have a few suggestions. Are you able to add the time and dates on the message history? another thing is the keyboard that pops up when you‘re in chat doesn’t automatically capitalize the first letter. Even though the setting is turned on in my phone. Also, when the notification for a new chat, message comes up and it’s clicked on. It doesn’t take you to the new message it still shows you the previous messages, you have to click out of the chat and go back in for the new message to appear.
Great price but they don’t handle e-Sim phones well
We decided to try this service because of the great price. Getting things set and SIM cards in hand will take a week or so. If you have an e-SIM, your port may not work. It took 3+ hours of texting to do what a 15 minute call would have done. Meanwhile, your phone doesn’t have service. It did get resolved but it felt painful to get there. If you can get through the whole onboarding process, it might just be worth it.
