I have been using this app since it first launched. And the website long before apps were even a thing. I have never had a bad experience(although some hotels are clearly better than others) 10/10 recommend for long stays. Quick overnights stay-cations or vacations. College meet ups for the holidays or when your house just feels….a bit over crowded. Used it again tonight for a mini stay-cation at a 4 star hotel!!

Great in many ways, except the “favorite” a hotel option does not work. You can click on the heart icon but then there is no way of finding which hotels you favorited later, which is difficult and very frustrating, because I spend a long time finding a hotel and then I lose this work because the favorite button does not actually save anything. However, they have excellent purchasing options, including interest free payments or interest payments over a long period

I am so impressed with how fast my cancellation was refunded back to my account literally not even 24hrs and it was due to me making a mistake on the dates and the hotel not being able to change the dates . I am still waiting for a refund from another app I used before Priceline and it’s been almost 2 weeks ridiculous!!! Thx Priceline for ur prompt service and great prices !!! I will stick with u from now on !!!

It’s nice to be able to find motels with an app that is easy to use and reliable.We have used Priceline many times and were satisfied with each motel except one. That motel had a high rating yet it was totally rundown with so many things not working. It was the worst motel we had ever stayed in. I reported it so it could be taken care of. We are trusting that the ones we our booking this trip will be good.

Anytime I use this Website/App it makes traveling easier & more available I appreciate most of the options I stop using it for awhile for several years due to the lack of quality & value being offered But I am super Pleased with the choices & discounts more recently. Don’t Hesitate to use Priceline it’s definitely a Traveler’s Hack to a better experience for less

I have been using Priceline all for over 15 years! I only book hotels here! Even outside the USA I have and it worked well! Priceline is very clear about reviews and stars and I love it! I always look for 3.5 stars and 8 and up starts reviews and I cannot go wrong! I even get the express deals with these filters and have always been satisfied.Keep improving Priceline!
