App has never worked since I got policy 1 year ago . Not one time have I been able to make a payment or view documents .A good start would be if I could actually log in . But like I said the app has never worked . You can rely on the inconvenience this causes and that’s the only thing you can rely on .

I’ve never been able to print my Documents from my app I always go done to have them printed. I just realized that if I turn my phone sideways and snap a screenshot I can print my card out as a picture. I have always had a hard time making payments through the app but surprisingly today accepted it without issue. So I’m grateful for the small wins!! Its a pretty terrible app but it could always be worse I suppose.

ALWAYS issues with this app. Can never pay when I want to pay and always end up calling the office to pay it over the phone anyway. Twice the office has been closed and I’ve missed my due date because this app doesn’t load for nothing and I’m forced to go through the whole process of reinstating my insurance. If I had other options I would be switching but I’m stuck with this!

The app does not work and even the website does not work. I guess I’ll have to pay over the phone which is an inconvenience to me because I prefer paying on app and being able to view my account
