QUICK HELP - if you need it
So I emailed the customer support advising them of all the iOS/OSX devices & the old hp office jet 6400 all in one printer I have. They were sure that this would work for me because they've had customers before with this old printer that had no trouble with the app. Oh did I mention the turn around time for my questions was no longer than 10 minutes at the most. That is amazing the fact that it worked with my printer was also amazing! I was able to print no problem. So I upgraded to the $9.99 & was able to print even more things. How awesome is that! Today as I was adding my email accounts my iCloud wouldn't authorize. I contacted customer support for settings & again within 10 minutes I had my answer. That is customer service & support of the world class variety! The person who helped me was Andrea a wonderful & helpful person thanx Andrea. I will be back next month to get it for my new iPad 3. This is such a EZ & cheaper solution to going out & spending $ on a new e-print / AirPrint printer & dealing with ink cartridges for 2 different printers UCK! Probably won't do much printing from the iPad but this is a much faster easier solution. Don't you think? so click the download button & print something!

Ten bucks is by far the most I've paid for any app but if your like me and still using your trusty non-wifi printer then the money is well-spent to get something I can't have without airprint technology. I was willing to spend the money but I'm still not so happy about giving up Ical,address book, safari,and my email programs just to allow print technology. It appears that you cannot simply call up print from these standard application like the airprint technology. In place is a series of there own versions of these programs which you must reestablish your setups to have print capabilities for an in-comming document. I also have to add yet another web server program to the already several installed on my mac for my printer to be seen on as my network device. All in All It is finally satisfying to be able to print from the phone, just played with it but not sure over the long haul if will be convenient enough to use everyday. Looking forward to see if improvements are made to interact with the standard group of programs. I am not keen on having to shuffle a document all over the place to print it.

This is a great product for printing documents from my iPhone. I had upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 and I had a minor issue gatting it started again but Jennifer at EuroSmartz had it working ASAP. They havegreat 24/7 support. My problem was a connection problem and not really a PrintDirect issue. The app is excellent and works great it prints on my home network and work network as well. I installed it and it works great. Only thing though, you have to upgrade your account for $9.99 in order to print documents, emails and more. You have to install the software on everywhere computer you want to print from. when your ready to print you will have the option to choose which printer you want to print from. NOTE: you can print from any printer wired or wireless when printing wired you have to install their software.
