Improvements needed
App does what it says regarding viewing of paystubs and the ability to make certain changes like direct deposit info, viewing of w2, changing address, etc. However, it would be super convenient if we were able to use Face ID instead of having to log in every single time! Also, it’s annoying that we can’t print a PDF version of our pay stubs; instead I have to screenshot it, then edit by cropping it just so I can print a good copy. Smh
Many shortcomings
The app frequently logs-out the user, even soon after a log-in event. Content layout does not seem to be for iPhone screen. It does not allow the user to save a PDF of a Paystub, only view a Paystub.
There are many improvements this app requires, the above are just some of the things
Trash & completely unsafe employees are forced to use
It should be illegal to make employees for companies use anything but the most up to date apps secured and updated on a consistent basis. Even video games are updated more and they don’t require personal information. This app is the biggest joke I’ve seen tied with their employee clock in app that just redirects you to a website. Why should any of us trust you know a single thing about tech when you don’t even update your apps? Refuse to use if you are able to.
