Great App with easy to use interface

Awesome app that simplifies working out and allows you to track progress. The app even suggests when to overload on weight maximizing progress in the gym. Has been very helpful in my gym career, would totally recommend for anyone in the gym.

Great App (after figuring out how it works)

App has a slight learning curve, but after you figure out all the features, I really like the minimalist design! I use it every workout and I’ve been seeing great progress.

I LOVE THIS APP

This app no joke helped me gain 80 pounds. I started at 180 semi lean and now I’m literally 260 shredded. This app helped me gain so much strength too. Only thing I’d say to fix is make a tutorial cause it was too confusing. Lessss gooooo
