In this new version, we improved the Contacts import with a powerful search and the ability to add multiple contacts at once. The search functionality includes all the main contact's fields including the notes.

Excellent start but has room to grow
Party Planner is a great app that helps you organize your event by task, plan budget, map the timeline of your event and much more. I was very impressed with the how customizable the app is and how easy it is to get started. There are little holes in the app though that may make it frustrating when planning an event. For example: You are able to create tasks, and then assign a time frame for the task. ie: Set Tables, Day of Event. However, the app doesn't allow you to set a due date after the event. As any event planner knows, there are loads of tasks that take place day after, two days after all the way up to several weeks after the event.
Other suggestions: it would be nice to have the ability to assign specific due dates to tasks, in addition to the 1 day, 2 day, 1 week, 2 weeks 1 month etc. It would also be great to assign multiple people to tasks rather than just one. Lots of tasks are accomplished by two or more people. On the timeline tab, it would be nice to assign windows of time for tasks, not just start times. Finally, the app tells you if certain tasks are overdue, but i could not find a way to sort the list of tasks to just show overdue tasks. There are other sort options, but that did not appear to be one of them.
Overall, the app is very useful, but with a few extra features and some small adjustments, it could be great!

I really like this app. I cater at our local pub on Sunday and this app has helped me organize everything.
I do think there is room for improvement. However at this time, I don’t have specific ideas to offer.
Waste of money
I was very disappointed in this app. I got it for the menu planning function and quickly regretted the purchase. I can do more creating and using an excel spread sheet. This app is just a list and it doesn’t organize at all.
