I’ve been with you guys since day one I’ve had a lot of leads and have done a lot of amazing jobs and I have alot of happy customers that come back to me and referred me so I really appreciate it Home Depot only problem I see we have is we have a lot of other painters coming on here through the program and people are getting over ruined by the same phone calls I’ve had a few tell me about that that they’ve had over 100 phone calls about the same job also we are not able to write under post about our company when someone says something good or bad for example I had a lady hire me to do a job we agreed on a price sign the contract and how I was going to be paid long story short the house was her son‘s and he wanted to pay me after the job was complete and wanted other stuff done that we never agreed on I never seen him before only met her until the end of the job when I was ready to be paid she put a bad review on my company on here and I wasn’t able to defend my company with the text and proof that I had to back it but everything else you guys do is amazing you have helped me grow my company
New Customers - Checking on Staff
I love the ProReferrals program and didn't think I need the app as we can use email and a web browser as I have customer service representatives to do that. However, I love opening the app to see that all the referred customers have been taken care of. If ever they hadn't been, I could ask my staff why. Making sure our customers are served expediently is an important part of our service. Thank you for a tool that helps us do that!
I’ve been a pro member of this program for several years. Although we do sometimes get a decent job from the leads, only about 30-40% actually will respond back when messaged and only 50% are a legitimate job. So, in turn many points/credits are wasted. You need points to get leads and must spend money on store merchandise to get points so even though they claim it’s free, it really isn’t. Other issues are since the last update are the app keeps showing notification badges but there are no new leads or messages. This is quite annoying.
Also, no option to delete or archive closed job messages so we still have a long list old messages literally from 2017?? In short, this app is very limited to navigate and manage.
Hopefully it will drastically improve soon.

We understand your frustration with lead quality and will be making and rolling out improvements to leads throughout the year.
The notifications badge issue is now fixed on the latest app version release version, as well as other issues. Please go ahead and update your app to also benefit from new features.
