Completely stopped connecting

Day 4 of having the app. The first 2 days were fine. The app is a bit clunky but not a big deal when everything is working like it should. However since yesterday I haven’t been able to get the lights to reconnect. I’ve tired deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, and even placing the phone on top of the controller when trying to connect… and nothing. I really hope they have an update or something soon.

Lights work & connect , just don’t turn on

Had the lights and they worked when I was installing them and everything & after a while, wouldn’t turn on through the app unless I spammed the on/off button but now they just don’t turn on even when I do that. The app connects to the box or whatever right away , just don’t turn on

User Manual

I had one Hec of a time finding any user information on how to pair, use the app, or even How to download music into the app. I still haven’t figured out how to get music downloaded.
