I’m not sure if it b/c I haven’t found the setting but I would love to
be able to adjust the camera sensitivity via the app. Having to always go to the main system to do so is a bit tedious. The cameras are 5-star, the app could be a bit better especially as it relates to adjustments. Now I may be the issue so if there is a way let me know, I’ll gladly change the rating.

I have a cabin in Tennessee that I rent out on VRBO. I live in Texas, so I need a reliable camera system. I originally had a system that functioned poorly. After a break-in at my cabin, I began to look for a better system. I found it in Backstreet Surveillance. My cameras work perfectly and I can perform local playback immediately. (If this feature had worked properly, the people who broke into my cabin would have been apprehended.) As good as the equipment is at Backstreet, the technical support is even better. The technicians helped me set up the system properly and instructed me how to set it up to monitor it remotely. I could not be happier and will be purchasing a system for my home in Texas.

I’m on the fence with BackStreet surveillance. At first this App was very crappy but then it started working somewhat better and the improvements have certainly helped with the latest updates. However their Tech support is nonexistent. I have yet to receive a call or email back from them with the camera issues I’ve had. Some things I’ve figured out on my own. But still have issues with some of my cameras. Update, App has lots of connection issues. I would buy from a different camera company with better service for their App. Be aware and stay away from this company terrible service, cameras, and App!!
