Proactis Expense manages all your business and travel expenses through our mobile and desktop apps. Users love our easy-to-use mobile app that makes creating expense reports effortless and intuitive. Just snap a photo of your receipt and our self-learning mobile app will automatically add it to your expense report. Or forward your receipts from your email inbox to Proactis Expense and your receipt information is automatically entered and linked to your expense report. Proactis Expense selects the correct expense category for each receipt and enters the details of your expenses for you, saving you time and reducing errors to speed your reimbursement. Our automated mileage tracking can even record the miles you have traveled in your personal vehicle, saving you from logging and tracking your routes.
