Can’t read notifications
They send notifications out about different things on sale, but when you go to notifications on the app, it doesn’t let you open them.
I have never reviewed an app in my life but I hate this one so much I just had to. The way they categorize the gear is horrible. The guitar category has everything associated with a guitar. Strings, capos, picks...etc are all under the guitar category. No filtering whatsoever. Website is the same. Lazy. If you chose the brand category well they have everything associated with that brand under that category. Again...no way to filter. The most annoying is the fact that nothing is in stock. WHY HAVE IT ADVERTISED IF ITS NOT IN STOCK???? You see it highlighted only to see the main page note that it’s “out of stock”! Also, no pics of their used guitars. Stock photos. But they’re never in stock anyway so I guess it doesn’t matter. Horrible and frustrating.
Buggy, Freezes, Clearly not a Native App
Update: The latest updated version of this app looks and feels much better. It doesn't appear to be nearly as clunky. I was able to log in, view product info and check in for points flawlessly. Kudos.
Every time I open the app, I have no idea if it will work or not. There are some good ideas in the app such as being rewarded for checking in and entering giveaways, but it's terribly painful to use and the UI in general is less than desirable.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
