Great But Could Be Better

I have been a Product Tube member for quite some time. I have made well over $200 in rewards, which is great. But they really need to get their act together. Many time I will submit a video/complete a project, and I don’t get rewarded for it and it disappears from my completed projects list. I then have to contact product support, which takes time, and sometimes I have to reach out twice to get an answer. Sometimes everything works out great, in that I get rewarded within a day. But this is not the norm. I’m not sure if this is a glitch in their system, but it is an annoying issue that shouldn’t be. Members shouldn’t have to chase you down to get rewarded. Other than that, this has been a great way for me to make some extra money, which in today’s economy, is necessary for many families.

Great app

This is app is pretty great so far, I just started using it, I’ve done an online one and yesterday i did an in store video. I really like it because i can get paid for sharing the process of my shopping experience for products I am already buying. I was a little nervous at first to be narrating my shopping experience out loud at a store yesterday because I thought people might think I was crazy talking to myself (you can always put earbuds in and pretend your on the phone)but at the end of the day it was pretty simple and I woke up this morning and have already got the credit in the app for yesterday's shopping, don’t listen to the negative reviews try it for yourself and determine your own judgment on your experience with the app, so far it’s pretty awesome, I would definitely be a spokesperson for this app

Easy money, need a slight Changes ,and follow directions

The app is pretty easy. Basically you are following directions and answering the question they provided. Which store they need you to visit. Most of the time you are already going to that store if you go to the grocery or shop weekly. Admire that you are able to view the direction/ questions as you record you video inside their app. Why not five stars ??? When you have finish/ submitted your videos / project they should be separate from the ones that you may have not completed due to timing, the app closing the project early, do not accept the video submitted, or no reward ones $0 ( questionnaire). That way individuals can reach out about a project that we know we have completed but no reward yet.
