I have tried so many apps for invoicing and nothing has worked for me. Either they were too confusing or too time consuming or you had to set the different margines yourself each time you need an invoice. It has been the most frustrating thing I've dealt with concerning the administration end of my business. I never had time to work in the shop because I was too busy trying to get the paperwork done. Being a small business, a sole proprietorship, I don't have an office assistant. I am it. This app has simplified my life in such a great way, I have more time for shop time and even have a little extra time for implementing ideas that have been waiting to become more than ideas. I am very pleased and appreciative for this amazing, easy to use app.

I Was looking around for invoice apps and i could not find a good one. Just started business with my wife and this invoice app has helped so much. It is genuine and unique and has many features that you could use. We were able to put our loggo on the front page of invoice and the way the things add up by itself when your adding to it makes it easier on yourself. This app is amazing and works great with what you need!!!!!!!!!!

In order to thrive as aservice company in todays world, it is very important tp look professional, stay up to date with “ the times”, and be as fast and effeciant as possible. This application does just that and does it at a great price for a smaller company. Having the ability to incorporate a custom price book with all of your invoiocing, estimating and client information on all of your devices is an absolute crucial tool to help take your bussiness to the next level. It is mission two abilities though. Having the ability to accept and process payments into you bank account and having automatic alerts to customers would make this application just about perfect.

I’ve been using Quick Sale Pro for years. I purchased it for a one-time fee of around $70 and have been using it for the past 9 years or so without having to purchase anything else. The problem with Quick Sale Pro is you can only use it on your iOS devices and not on your desktop computer. I finally have a greater need to have an invoicing program that works across all my devices, including my desktop computer. This app looks absolutely perfect for my business needs, so I downloaded it. If you look under ‘Information’ on the right side of this page you’ll see the price of this softare is ‘Free’. Trust me when I say it is far from free. Upon opening it the first time, although there is a free trial period, you are forced to register an account and sign up for a yearly subscription plan in order to use the software. I own a very small business that is more of a part-time gig and I only need to invoice customers about 3 or 4 times per month, or about 40-50 per year. Even though I abhor the subscription model a lot of these software companies are forcing on their customer base these days, I was still entertaining the idea of going with their ‘starter’ package for $18/year. Interestingly, although you are allowed to send out 50 invoices/year with this package, you are only allowed to send those invoices to 5 different customers… FIVE. The only way I can invoice my 40-50 customers each year would be to go with their ‘Pro’ plan for $89/year. In my opinion, this subscription model is a total rip off to customers and just a way for companies like this one to price gouge and/or nickel and dime their customers to death. This is absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time and money. It’s too bad… It appears to be a great piece of software that I’d happily pay a set, one-time fee to use whenever and as often as I need and then upgrade only when I’m ready to. Doing the math, for my current solution I paid $70 (one-time fee) and it has lasted me at least 9 years. If I paid $89/year for 9 years, I’d end up paying $801. I think you can probably guess pretty easily which route I’m going to take on this.
