The app provides thoughts on many different topics like falls, legal issues, respite, hospice, and more. Take an assessment whenever you want to track your loved one’s experience with dementia. There is a chat providing a community of people who understand what you are going through. The inclusion of a community health worker in the chat is a bonus as they provide a different perspective and knowledge. I know I can access the PrognosUs content and chat whenever I have a question. This was a huge relief for me.

This app allows me to see that I am not alone in this journey as a caregiver or as co-caregiver of a relative with dementia & Alzheimer’s. I am able to share my experiences and see what has worked for others while navigating this new lifestyle.
