Progresso Lift is a workout tracker designed for both serious and novice lifters.

Build Workout
Log your reps, sets, weights, and exercises for each workout in the build workout page. You can view every single rep you've ever recorded in the workout history page, making it easier to track progressive overload.

Custom Exercises!
Got a niche exercise that works just right for you? No Worries! On Progresso Lift you can create your own custom exercises, complete with details like muscles targeted and equipment used.

Muscle Breakdown
Track how many sets per muscle group you are achieving on a weekly basis. Aim for 10 sets per week for optimal hypertrophy for that muscle.

Workout Templates
You can save your previous workouts as templates so you can jump into the same workout straight away for your next session!
