Paid the money, didn’t receive the ticket
Paid the money for the ticket half an hour ago, still didn’t receive anything for them. Something is downloading, but actually nothing is happening. Filed a report to the manager, was asked to wait, no explanations given. Still waiting either for the ticket, or for the money back. This app makes me angry, I lost so much time on it. I’d better go to a railway station desk. Upd: got the money back.

Hidden surcharges
They will charge you more for the very same tickets easily available on official Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) website and English translation of this app is far from perfect.
