The portal and App are very convenient, efficient, and easy to use. The CSR’s are helpful and timely with responses and appointments. We as electrical contractors strive for complete customer satisfaction and Energy Services helps us greatly reach that goal with their timely knowledgeable assistance.

This is a great app and very user friendly. It looks like it’s been improved.
Extremely frustrating!
Thought I made an appointment weeks ago for this morning but no one showed up. Perhaps I didn’t submit it properly. I don’t know. Thought I did.
Why is it so difficult to talk with someone. Right now I’m trying to look up my project center case to get my Representative’s # but I am not allowed to access my account on my mobil app????!!!!???
