Your team can then field these messages from their counter computers, or even from home. And now with the Prokeep App, your team can field these messages from anywhere.

The Prokeep App is a part of Prokeep Services, and requires a subscription to Prokeep Web App. Speak with your admins about getting Prokeep Mobile for your business.

This app also requires a live internet connection to properly operate.

Not very happy

This app was some what okay, but now we don’t even get any type of notification. No banner, no Lock Screen notification. Nothing. We keep missing customers texts because of this issue.

Bugs

Searching for customers on the app is kinda buggy, most of the time I can’t get rid of the keyboard to look at the full list.

I wish I could get notifications when someone messages me.

I wish I could click on my customers phone number to call them.
