ProofRock:
- gives accurate and fast proof of posting to our clients;
- shows our operations team Live Views of all installs,
- helps us aim for ‘every install perfect’
Photos can only be taken inside the app and cannot be edited. Photos are wrapped in proof rock blocks with precision GPS, independent timestamps and other telemetric information, and are compressed to minimise phone data used.
Backend, we build these into intelligent reports, accessible as Live View in real time through our management console at mission control.
A Verification Key for each report allows quick sharing with clients. Keys can be pasted onto our homepage, or linked through emails.
Install times are taken directly from secure atomic clocks, and cannot be edited.
ProofRocks can also track start and stop times ensuring compliance with working time regulations.
ProofRock helps collaboration flow. Groups can work together to complete large installs together in shared reports.
IN SUMMARY: ProofRock is a Bay Media mobile app, linked to an encrypted database, to accurately manage geographically distributed installations.
