Kinda disappointed I can’t connect my ebt account bc of app malfunctions. When I answer my security questions that are the exact same ones I used with the Snaps organization to sign up, it continues to tell me the answer is wrong but I’ve even checked my answers with the original snaps website when I signed back into it so it’s no mistake I’m making. I’ve tried it over 5 times now. Someone please fix this. They say no spaces but I can’t answer what school I went to without providing one space in my answer bc I went to Northwest Rankin so how can I answer without a space? I even tried it without one to see if it might work but sure enough it does not, so then I did my mothers maiden name which is also on my original snaps security questions and answers and yet it told me again and again my answers were wrong and most definitely I double checked my spelling and made sure there were no case sensitive mistakes so the app has a problem and if I can’t connect my ebt to it then it doesn’t work for me. Someone please fix this glitch. I would love to use this app, especially now during this government shutdown as well as bc I don’t think I’m getting the amount of benefits I was supposed to as I’m only 3 months into being new to snaps so I really would benefit from being able to use this app. Someone please fix this kindly. Thank you.

For the people that are saying that this app saves our info, just because they don't have to enter their login info every time they open the app. You need to know that just because you don't have to enter your login info does not mean that this app is storing that info because your phone stores that info so when you open the app and don't have to enter your login info that means it's been stored in your phone so your phone automatically puts that info in for you. Now for it being said that people who have had their benefits stolen and say it's this app, not really my daughter never used any app to check her benefit balance until after hers were stolen, she called got her balance one night then the next day went to the store but very early that morning someone in another state stole all of it in 2 transactions by doing pick up orders she was trying to use her card to pay but the cashier informed her that her balance was 0 then is when she downloaded the app to check through it and it showed the transaction that had been made during the time she was asleep in bed, she did call and let them know they reported her card as though it had been stolen even though it had not been and they issued her a new card but they would not replace her benefits

I absolutely love(d) this app and the money you can make doing surveys until they banned me from the surveys for giving my honest opinions (like we’re supposed to) and would write them when I completed some of my surveys and was never compensated for them even started screen shooting them all when I completed them so I had physical proof and was never given the money owed and then got completely banned without warning which is extremely unfair. Especially when we’re told to give our honest opinions and to write them if there’s an issue with payment or the survey etc. So for that reason I would rate this app a one star…. If I was given the chance to redo everything (now that I know to not say anything about anything) I would rate it 5 stars and recommend the app to friends and family again… I should’ve at least been given a warning that if I did something they didn’t like I wouldn’t be able to take surveys anymore because I totally would’ve complied because I did love the surveys and the money you can earn from them…!!!!! Hopefully this reaches someone who can help and restore my survey feature so I can receive and complete the surveys…
