Property Assistant by Flyreel 4+

This was the first time I used a app to do a digital property inspection. It was very easy to use, the instructions were great and the overall experience was great also.
I was able to experience something new and can now add this to my list to discuss with my friends who have yet to use this app.

Before using this app, read the section of the Terms of Use that explains what this app provider can do with your data. No one reads this stuff, but do yourself a favor and read this one before you decide to agree to it.

You -might- think they gather your data (including photos and videos) for the sole purpose of transmitting them to your insurance company. You would be very wrong. The app provider (a different company from your insurance company) can basically do whatever they want with any data you provide to them.

I’ve deleted the app and am electing an in-person property inspection instead.

I was very apprehensive about doing this online. However, I found it was quite easy to navigate. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to disrupt my tenant who is elderly and bedridden. That really meant a lot to me.
