Love the game but...

I love the concept of the game but I have some issues with the puzzles and coins. First off the puzzles getting increasingly difficult, which is fine, but the coin payout is not enough to justify the difficulty of the level. I’m also displeased with how long it takes energy to regenerate in comparison to how hard the levels are along with the amount of coins. I would have no issue with the coin amount if the items and improvements in the room weren’t so expensive that you have to play ten puzzles just to have enough to buy one thing. I feel like the items should be cheaper or the payout of coins should be more, I’m on puzzle level 122 and I’ve just made it to the outside of the house in the first challenge. I don’t want to pay real money to continue playing but I do enjoy the game so I think a few adjustments in the next update will improve the quality of gameplay. I still love the game and plan to continue playing, it just becomes a bit tedious when I have to wait several hours just to fail a puzzle again and not be able to work on the design. Maybe having videos for people to watch to cut down on wait time for lives could help or watch a video to get a life, just a few suggestions. Thanks!

Love the Designs but games are too hard

First off I love the design choices and how we are doing an entire home one room at a time. Excellent job on the design piece! But after you get to level 40 or 50 it becomes excruciating and frustrating to win. Plus, it’s like many other design games - play puzzles to collect coins, buy diamonds to beat the levels, repeat until you have enough. I don’t mind the occasional puzzle but I play to design. I’d love something where you don’t have to play puzzles, you can just design at your own pace - even if that means a subscription of $4 to $6 monthly. Then maybe puzzles to unlock special decor or limited rooms (provided they aren’t impossible to beat without spending $10). I do understand that the game needs to generate money but I don’t want to pay $10/week. Especially when it still takes a day to earn coins for maybe half a room. Also, I spent at least $5 hour but I think $10 on diamonds for a limited challenge and still did not complete the challenge. That is completely in-motivating for me. A limited challenge should be fairly easy to win. For some puzzles I got less than 15 coupons and the average for 1 item is probably at least 30 coupons. Who wants to play a practically unwinnable game?

Kinda fun, kinda not.

I originally downloaded this game because I thought there would be so much house decorating plus an added bonus mini game to earn possibly extra coins for cooler stuff!!! Well, it’s the other way around. The mini game is actually designing cool homes and the full game is this boring, dry, “puzzle” game. It’s not really fun. It’s not really unique. It’s missing something to make it more fun. It takes SO LONG to earn coins that it’s almost exhausting to play. I try to farm coins when I have the unlimited energy for an hour, but I do not earn enough to even get halfway through a room. I don’t feel like I have any incentive to play. On top of that, some of these “puzzle” levels feel like they’re all luck and I’ll waste all my energy trying to pass a level and getting messed up by the random generations!!! I want to love this game, I really do, but the main aspect of the game is just far too boring for me.

Edit: I think the biggest problem is the money. I don’t get enough of a reward to keep playing the puzzles. I feel like maybe a score tracker based on how many pieces you’ve destroyed or whatever might help with allowing you to then make more money. Maybe that’ll be enough to make the game more fun to play.

Developer Response ,

We understand that the design aspect of the game is very exciting. We hear from many users, and overall they really enjoy the puzzles. That said, I passed along your feedback to the team as I understand your primary interest is in designing the homes. Do you have any suggestions for making the puzzles more fun?
