Your HOA creates the pass types and selects which types residents have access to issue to visitors. If you are not seeing passes in your drop-down menu, it could mean that the passes have not been completely set up yet or have not been issued for use by residents.During a new implementation, your management team works closely with our support team and the installer to identify temporary and permanent pass types. Once determined, they select which passes residents can see in their drop-down menus. If none are selected, you will not see any in your drop-down menu.These settings can vary widely depending on the preferences and security protocols put in place by your management team.
