Good system and app could use some work
First, the app seems good and there are at times the system does not connect to the app. Says offline. In addition it would be great if the zones said what door is open rather then sensor 1,2,3 the system is able to announce to the room which door is being opened but this app can’t. Should be able to say what door is open. In addition you should work with myq chamberlain garage doors. They are widely used and would be great to just need one app rather then two apps. You have the option to connect a garage door but only through z wave which requires more equipment purchases.
I initially wrote a negative review for the current version of this app because it was always offline and I was unable to arm/disarm my system from the app.
However, I changed the placement of my door sensors and now they properly line up and communicate with each other, the panel, and the app. I had no idea that the sensors were acting as if the door was tampered, which explains why the panel status always said "System tampered".
So my advice to anyone having the same issue as me, check to make sure your sensors are properly placed. With my front door the moulding on the frame made it difficult to find a position for the sensors to work. But now it works great and I can finally use my app.

OFFLINE most of the time!
This app might be good if it wasn’t constantly saying offline! I’m so dissatisfied and fed up with this habitual OFFLINE app! This has been going on for years! It’s time to fix the problem! WHEN it works... it’s a nice app, but unfortunately it has offline issues all the time! How can one have peace of mind with their security company if they can’t even run the app right!? It was protect America and now it’s Brinks. I was hoping issues would be fixed, but if anything lately it’s gotten worse! I never do reviews on apps, but this is extremely important to me! This is about the safety of our family and us giving our hard earned money to a company to provide their services they promised and it’s always OFFLINE! Is anyone in this company paying attention to customers reviews??? Is this issue going to be fixed? If so... when?
