Excellent product from an excellent company

I’ve been using the books and products from Tour Tempo for about the past 10 years. They consistently set the highest bar for everything they do, and this app is no exception.

I’ve been working on strengthening my core for the past 2 years … not realizing that my strength gains have been coming at the expense of damage to my back.

Fortunately a friend told me about this app and I got it in time to prevent lasting damage. The exercises are challenging but safe - I’m already swinging easier without pain.

Seriously … if you play golf this is a no-brainer. For less than you pack for a pack of golf balls you can learn a few simple exercises to keep you playing for years.
