PROBLEM SOVED !
Okay so I was having trouble accessing the camera function in the app ! I NEEDED TO DISABLE THE cellular and only have it connect to the wifi ! Hope this helps ! Was super confused

The app does not work I try to connect but just says no internet connection. I don’t know who to get to help resolve this issue.
