Been using for a few years. Changed phone now can’t log in. Says password is wrong, email doesn’t exist. Tried to rejoin and won’t let me put my membership number. I like that it keeps all my past history and I don’t have to talk to anybody. Not sure why it stopped working all of a sudden.
Complete waste of time!! Wish I could give this app a -5!!!!
First, the app will not let users create a login. The only way to login in is to use create account every time you attempt to use it. If you are lucky enough to actually get logged in and try to enter your member ID you get a message saying “oops id#”. When you re-enter your member ID all you get is a spinning asterisk!! If you call the phone number given for help with the app they speak extremely broken English and have no clue about a program that won’t work. Then, they attempt to schedule a ride which may or may not show up. This is after anywhere from a 25-45 minute hold time. The first two time I used the phone number given for issues with the program, I was hung up on twice after being on hold for at least 30 minutes. This is supposed to be an app to make using your insurance benefits easier. It is DEFINITELY NOT!!!! Extremely aggravating and stressful to go through, especially if you have to rely on this service to get to Dr appointments that are crucial to critical conditions!! Someone should definitely be correcting all these issues and coming up with a better way to be able to get transportation to and from these crucial Dr appointments!! Completely unacceptable!!
Horrible all around
I cannot create an account because it won’t let me. No matter how many times I delete the app and reinstall it. I call the Care Source number and I’m on hold for almost an hour then I get hung up on. Happened 6 times in a three hour span. The only way I got through was to call and get a representative asap then I explained to her what happened and she called transportation through her line. She immediately was put through, of course smh. 15 years ago the number was fine and transportation was great. I don’t know what happened in those 15 years, but they need to get it together. I’ll definitely be getting my car fixed so I won’t have to rely on this ever again cause it’s not even worth the stress while being pregnant at that. Get it together!
