Not gonna lie I’ve seen this game advertised on my Facebook reels for months now and never downloaded it because it “was a scam” but for some reason decided a few days ago to download it and see. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is actually a legit app. You do have to complete a KYC verification check prior to redeeming winnings so if you’re one of those people who has misplaced their ID, don’t bother there’s no way around it, however, the third-party service they use for KYC verification seems to run a lot smoother than other similar apps and does not require you to have to submit proof of residency. I was playing the game winning up to 100 dollars and then I was kicked out . It would not allow me to put a password once I type my password it doesn’t tell me to try again. It doesn’t say reset password. It’s just the screen that say Prowess Spin on the screen . So then I decided to go to the App Store and delete the app and download it again and I saw that there was a update so then I went ahead and updated it and try to log back in and the same thing happened just the beginner screen I can type in my email I can type in my password and when I hit login, nothing happens .I have sent several emails and no reply.
