Disappointed , Robbed of Money
Honestly don’t even waste your time downloading this app don’t be dumb like me and spend over $1000 on a app and everything that was told to me did not come true I was emotionally vulnerable at the time and they took full advantage of that…. NEVER AGAIN they read your messages and leave u on read and claim to be busy when in reality they aren’t it’s the SAME person running all the profiles on here this is truly a SCAM and had I known before and looked at the previous reviews before then I wouldn’t save all my money I’m honestly disappointed feel robbed and betrayed by fake psychics who I thought I could open up to.
Horrible customer service
Overall, I would say that most of the psychics are great, but there are a few who reel you in and tell you that they are going to tell you specific things and once you get there, they tell you nothing that you have asked about. When I contacted customer support, of course they defended the psychic instead of me. I understand how these things work. But when you tell a customer that you have specifics for them, and they pay for that session, then they should get the specifics. Not a bunch of bull crap. I am very disappointed in their customer service. They don’t care about the customer at all.
