Update is bad

Ever since the update on this app it's been terrible for all the reasons already said in other reviews. I think the worst part is that the team who runs the app hasn't made it any better in the year since the update was put out. It worked great the old way, I don't know why they updated it in the first place.

Strange & buggy

The recently updated app is better than nothing, but it takes a long time to load & doesn’t offer a consistent or reliable view of updated times. I try to plan ahead when getting to & from work, but this app makes planning ahead difficult. I’m glad I have a paper schedule.

Two things I miss : 1) The real-time information, where you could see where your bus was on the rout seems to have disappeared, & 2) only the very next time for a stop on a route will reliably display (sometimes you may see two times if you’re lucky), so if you know you’re going to miss your bus it’s hard to tell when the next one will be along without waiting for new times to load.

Serviceable

It works well about half the time. 45% of the time, it doesn’t locate the bus, so it just tells you what time the bus is scheduled to be there, which is at least a few minutes off. The remaining 5%, the app takes too long to load (>10 minutes) and you just have to guess (or check online).
