Description

PTSD hub is an interactive community that allows people struggling with PTSD to share their coping strategies and to help manage the symptoms.

It is also uses personal experiences to explain the symptoms and treatments in a non clinical way.

In addition, there is a real life stories section, resources (which signpost to other places) and a help page which gives a list of countries and their associated helplines.

This app has been designed by a diagnosed individual for others that may feel it can help them. Any feedback can be given on Twitter @PTSDhub

Awesome app!!

Hard to use and out of date

I tried to use this app and learn more about its features and how it could help me, but I kept getting stuck in a tab and not able to move forward. If I were in crisis, I would not trust this app. Also, it looks like it was made in the early 2000s as a webpage and then converted to an app. It’s not user-friendly and I didn’t find anything that could help me besides phone numbers to call. Waste of a download.
