Rewinding as a concept for treating PTSD was first introduced by me in 1991 "A new technique for treating PTSD" (Rewind Technique) BJCP

The Rewind Technique will give you closure which means an end to the nightmares, flashbacks, avoidance behaviour, mood swings, exaggerated startle response and increased arousal. No other treatment currently available can claim to provide closure. The RT is easily understood and once completed correctly does not require to be repeated, ever. As medical director of the PTSD Unit at the BMI Birmingham Hospital,UK and the originator of the Rewind Technique for treating PTSD, I can assure you that this treatment has been proven effective and enduring in clinical practice since 1991.

Where's the App?

For $1.99 I got one picture? Screen immediately froze upon opening the app. Not ready for prime time.

Password is invalid??

I couldn’t even get in? I never used the app before, it opened to ask for me to give a username and password.
I made a username and password and the app said the password was invalid. I tried a different one. Same thing. I changed my username and used a completely different password and it was still the password that wasn’t working. I got mad and deleted the app. It’s not worth the anxiety.

Good App

This is a good app for helping with PTSD. Not the best but does give options to guide you through.
