Ratings and Reviews
A couple things to consider
Overall a great game that hits the head on almost every aspect. Just a couple things I would suggest to help out.
Trade Block - I know you can use the “Suggest Trade” feature, which is a trade finder. But having a trade block to show active players teams are looking to dish out would be a cool feature.
More Staff Options - I play many different files and I find that I get bored hiring the same coaches and scouts due to skill and cost benefits. Having more staff options would create more of a unique experience for each file created.
Having Higher Rated Scouts to be able to identify Gems and Busts - I don’t necessarily think higher rated scouts do too much more than lower rated ones, so giving benefits to better scouts should be something worth investing in towards the staff salary cap.
Overall though, great game. These proposals aren’t make or break by any means, just things that would make the game slightly more enjoyable to play for longer periods of time. Great work!
Roster Issues but still a Perfect Game
The UI and essentially everything about this game is perfectly done and you can tell the developer put tons and tons of love in to this game. And before reading these very little issues don’t get me wrong that this is without a doubt one of the best manager games out there. One thing I don’t like about this game and others will disagree with is the rosters, whenever I let the AI auto line my roster he will sub out good players for worse players and will just make everything feel off. Also the draft, I will draft good players to replace my bad players on my team and the AI will remove the good players I just subbed in and replace them with the bad ones again. The one other thing I don’t like is trying to trade players off, now there is nothing wrong with receiving trades from AI but trying to trade off bad players is very hard, whenever I try to trade them off it always tells me that there are no good trades available and that I should just not trade him away. And this happens for every player. However other than those two things this game is probably one of the best managers as said before and I will most likely continue to play for a very long time.
Honestly interesting and entertaining
I never thought I’d be interested in something like this but now I’m 30.. It’s not missing anything essential, it’s a pretty solid game. Almost deleted it but I gave a tip to get the community Hub, which made it worth it so I can have the real teams names. Pittsburgh “eagles” that’s a cruel joke. What’s worse is Crosby gets hurt for 5 months every first season so thanks for the too 😂.
Last thing- I want more control over Minor team. Minor team always resets lines when I try to bring 4th NHL line down for AHL playoffs. Also never keeps strategies. Always reverts. Make a discord so people can share notes on prospect development. Thanks for giving me a way to kill precious hours of my day and night!
